Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days after purchase and are subject to our Terms of Service. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Only items that have been purchased directly from us may be returned to us.

 

Irrespective of the circumstances, certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded. These items include, without limitation, digital products, such as digital asset packs, build plans, and other immediately downloadable items; gift cards; downloadable software products; and made to order items.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition the you received it. The item must also be returned with the original tags and packaging. All returns must identify the reason for requesting the return or exchange and provide all necessary contact information including without limitation your full name, address, email, phone number, and order information. 

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or send the item to us without prior notice and approval. We cannot, and do not, make any representations or guarantee as to what will occur in either instance, and hereby not responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as promptly as possible. 

 

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged, as we reserve the right to determine in our reasonable sole discretion. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please Contact Us and we will work on an exchange option for you. We cannot guarantee availability of exchanges as many physical products are limited in supply.
